Pala Interactive to power new real money online casino in Pennsylvania via Wind Creek Hospitality partnership

After on July 24, 2020, securing approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, Wind Creek Hospitality and Pala Interactive LLC have now announced the launch of the Wind Creek real money online casino in the northeastern US state.

Wind Creek Hospitality is the gaming and hospitality arm of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians (PCI Gaming).  Its portfolio currently includes 10 properties located throughout the US, including its four Wind Creek-branded casinos in Alabama and Pennsylvania, and the Caribbean.

Selected as Wind Creek’s technology partner, the online gaming company founded by the Pala Band of Mission Indians, a majority shareholder of the LLC, will power the online platform and provide it with its online player account management sys 7BALL tem and real money casino.

Along with the online gambling offering, Pala content will be added to Wind Creek’s current free-to-play social casino platform.

The online social and real money gaming software development company was founded in 2013 in anticipation of the fast-growing real money and gaming opportunity in the US. The Pala Band of Mission Indians is also responsible for the Pala Casino Resort Spa, which includes its new $6.1 million 10-acre RV Resort on Highway 76 adjacent to its hotel-casino, located in Northern SanDiego County as well as online poker and online gaming for New Jersey.

Other enterprises include Fox Raceway, a motocross facility in San Diego, Pala Skatepark, which provides skateboarders with a safe, fun place to skateboard in Pala, California, Pala Fitness Center, non-commercial FM station Rez Radio 91.3, and Pala Shooting Range located on the Pala Indian reservation.

Also commenting on the partnership, Chief Executive Officer for Pala Interactive and former co-CEO of online giant bwin.party, Jim Ryan, who said they are “honored to have been selected as Wind Creek’s technology partner.”

Having now completed phase one of a “multi-stage real money and social casino plan,” phase two will see the introduction of Wind Creek’s sports betting offering. The partnership between Las Vegas-based gambling company Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) and BetFred USA Sports is expected to launch in Fall 2020, according to the source.
